  • 16/02/2018: Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering  has successfully conducted an Expert talk session on the topic" Electricity -history-energy sources- Power scenario in India "on 16/02/2018  by Dr.Rajan  (Executive Engineer, Project Manager Renewable energy, Mannarkkad division KSEBL)
  • 22/01/2018 and 23/01/2018:  Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering  has successfully conducted 2 days "IEEE awareness workshop" on 22/01/2018 and 23/01/2018.The sessions mainly intended on making students and faculties aware about the importance of IEEE membership,its society activities and its benefits on their academics and to encourage then to take initiative to start an IEEE chapter in our college.Around 250 students attended the workshop.
  • 30/06/2017 and 01/07/2017. Placement training program had been conducted for 2 days by Thoughts academy, Trivandrum at Ammini College of Engineering on 30/06/2017 and 01/07/2017.
  • 30/07/2017 : Conducted 1 day Hands-on training program in PSPICE in association with IEDC for S7 Students on 30/07/2017 attended by 37 students. Ms. Susan Varghese ,Assistant Professor of ECE Department conducted a Hands-on training program in PSPICE for final year students in association with IEDC Ammini College. It was an informative session which was useful for doing their projects.
  • 26/08/2017 : Conducted 1 day workshop on Fusion 360 in association with IEDC for selected S7, S5 and S3 Students on 26/08/2017 attended by 35 students.
  • 26/08/2017:  One day workshop on ‘FUSION -360’ Organized By IEDC & Department of Electrical Engg. at Ammini College OF Engineering, Palakkad on 26th August 2017. Eminent faculties from electrical department also made active involvement. 35 students and many EEE faculties had actively participated in the workshop. At the end of the workshop, the students had created a 3D model of a mobile charger by themselves. It is really happy to see that the students who are normally in-active during the theory classes were completed the 3D model much earlier than others.
  • 19- 23 /09/2017: One day Seminar on “Importance of Intellectual Property Rights” conducted at Ammini College of Engineering jointly with Kerala State Council For Science, Technology And Environment (KSCSTE) - Patent Information Centre (PlC) on 17th Aug 2017. Activity 7: Final year students had education tour to Mysore/Chikk Mangalure/Kudag from 19- 23 September 2017. As a part of Curriculum, final year students had visited an industry “Kaynes technology” which deals with IC manufacturing at Mysore.
  • 17/10/2017: Conducted a Hands-on training program on “Quick Documentation of Project Report” on behalf of EEE Dept Association Programs on 17/10/2017.
